Heikki Paakkanen (b. 1948) is a comic artist, cartoonist, animator, organ grinder and Kylmäkoski prison’s table tennis champion from Somero. He has won the fencing championship for the over 60s and represented Finland in the World Fencing Championships. Slava Ukraini is the seventh comic book featuring Paakkanen’s characters Sissi and civil servant. In the book, which was partly drawn in Kiev, the characters face difficult choices.
