Joonas Sildre (b. 1980) is an Estonian comics artist, illustrator, and graphic designer. Sildre has illustrated numerous children’s books, of which Maailma naba has been published in Finnish. Sildre’s main work Kahe heli vahel (Between Two Sounds) has been translated not only into Finnish but also into German, English, Lithuanian, and Hungarian. Sildre’s latest comic novel Värviline Mägi (2023) deals with the life and work of visual artist Konrad Mägi.
