Siiri Viljakka is a comics artist, visual artist and illustrator living in Turku. Currently, Viljakka is working on several comics and exhibition projects as well as her next comic novel, which include e.g. trucker lesbianism, queer history and glaciers. Viljakka’s first comic novel Kohti sumua (Towards the Mist) was published in March 2022 (Täysi Käsi Oy). Quaareva Ry named Viljakka Queer Artist of the Year in 2022.
