Bernhard Willem Holtrop, artist name Willem (b. 1941), is a Dutch comics artist and cartoonist. He has lived in France since 1968. In 2013, Willem was the first Dutch creator to receive the Grand Prix de la ville d’Angoulême, a significant prize in the comics industry.
