Ulla Donner (born 1988) is a comics artist and illustrator living in Helsinki. She has published three comic books: Spleenish (2017), Skiten (Crap, 2019), and Den naturliga komedin (The Natural Comedy, 2023). Donner has also illustrated the comic book Breathe – niinku hengitä, written by Melanie Orenius and Laura Porola, published by Amos Rex and SKS. Her comic Skiten received the Sarjakuva-Finlandia Award in 2020 and was published in French in 2024. Den naturliga komedin was awarded the Swedish Urhunden Prize in 2024. Earlier this year, she received the Puupäähattu award from the Finnish Comics Society. Besides her comic books, Donner draws comics for various magazines and events, and occasionally posts on her Instagram, which is slowly dying.
