Athanasía Aarniosuo is not only the executive director of the Finnish Comics Society and the artistic director of the Helsinki Comics Festival but also an artist, curator, and art writer. In her work, she explores themes of nostalgia, identity, and memories. She is working on her second comic book, Unoriginal Score. Her debut, The Nostalgia EP, was published in 2022.
