Äxyt Zeeprat plays music for children and other smart people. The band’s songs are based on books by children’s poet Teemu Palosaari and comics artist Jukka Tilsa that combine poetry and comics. The songs are characterised by a tight rhythm and cheerful lyrics that range from absurd nonsense to gentle life wisdom. Äxyt Zeeprat received the “Newcomer of the Year” award at the Jellonagaala for children’s music in 2025.
