Comics artist Harri “Wallu” Vaalio is a happily retired elementary school teacher who has been drawing comics since childhood. During his career, the Puupäähattu awarded artist has created all kinds of comics for both adults and children. The longest-running children’s series drawn by Wallu is Hessu-kissa (Hessu the Cat), which still appears in Lastenmaa magazine.
