Jouko Ruokosenmäki (born 1968) has been working with comics since the 1980s. He has drawn (Sarjari, Tähtivaeltaja, Kannus), lettered (Calvin and Hobbes, Gaston), sold (Fennica Comics), translated (Watchmen, Batman, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen), and edited (Story House Egmont, Otava, Like) comics. He has published an album about the life of a comic book editor titled Viime vuonna Frankfurtissa (Last Year in Frankfurt) and a three-part superhero story called Voimat (Forces).
